A good print starts here.

A little care in the file. A better finish.

You don’t need to be a designer. Send the best original you have, tell us the size and let us help with the rest.

Room for the cut.

Extend background colours or photos beyond the cut line. Keep important text comfortably inside it. Around 3 mm of bleed is common for paper, but we’ll confirm the exact allowance for your job.

Bleed, trim and safe areaThe outer shaded area is bleed. The middle outline is the cut edge. Text belongs inside the inner dashed safe area.Your designOuter: bleedMiddle: trimInner: safe

Pixels need room, too.

For a 6 × 4 inch photo at 300 pixels per inch, aim for 1800 × 1200 pixels. Changing the “dpi” setting alone doesn’t add detail to a small image.

Send it in four steps.

  1. Choose the final size

Tell us the product, quantity and finished dimensions before setting up the artwork.

  2. Prepare the original files

Keep photos at full resolution and include your logo and editable layout where available.

  3. Check the edges and wording

Confirm bleed with us, keep text inside the safe area, and check spelling and numbers.

  4. Send and approve

Send files as WhatsApp documents and approve the design proof before anything is printed.

Quick answers.

Which files can I send?

Send a print-ready PDF, a high-resolution PNG or JPG, or your original CorelDRAW, Illustrator or Photoshop file.

How sharp should a photo be?

Aim for 300 pixels per inch at the finished print size; send the original image so we can check it before printing.

What is bleed?

Bleed is extra artwork beyond the cut edge; ask us for the required bleed before finalising your file, as it depends on the product.

What is the safe area?

Keep names, logos and important details inside the trim edge so they are not lost when the piece is cut.

Should I use CMYK or RGB?

Use CMYK for print layouts when requested, keep original photos in their existing colour space, and let us check colour requirements for the chosen process.

What should I do with fonts?

Embed fonts in a PDF or convert text to outlines in a copy of your design, and keep an editable original for corrections.

Can I send a photo from my phone?

Yes—send the original full-size photo as a WhatsApp document, rather than a screenshot or a compressed chat image.

What if my file is not ready to print?

Send what you have and explain what you need; we help prepare the layout and share a proof for your approval.
