What to send
- A spreadsheet or CSV with one person per row.
- Original photos, sent as documents on WhatsApp.
- A clear logo, plus the wording and colours you want.
- For clothing: a size and quantity breakdown.
Only include personal details you want printed. Blood group and phone are optional; leave them blank if they are not needed. The website does not collect your list.
